He and George have been friends since the third grade, and after a heroic career as a NYC police officer, he decided to trade the city hustle for the peaceful charm of Bucks County. Now, he’s diving into the world of water treatment, quickly picking up the skills and knowledge needed to make a difference. With a passion for the community and a dedication to providing clean water, Valiani is a valued member of our team who brings both expertise and a friendly smile to every project!

Meet Josh, our behind-the-scenes maestro and the wizard of our books! This soft-hearted, kind soul is not only a Purple Heart veteran and a Penn State grad but also the finest brother-in-law you could ask for. By day, he’s working for the federal government in the social security office, and by night, he’s crunching numbers and keeping BCWS's finances as sparkling as the water we treat. With his patient demeanor and knack for numbers, Josh is the unsung hero of our team, proving every day that the best superheroes wear glasses and handle the finances!

Meet Enias, our friendly but laid-back assistant who’s just trying to earn some cash by helping out his uncle. At 16, he’s the quintessential teen who’d rather be anywhere else than at work, but we appreciate his willingness to pitch in. Enias is a dedicated learner, soaking up new experiences and figuring things out as he goes along. Just don’t expect him to have his homework done—he might still be wondering where his last snack went!
